Hello!

Before I sold homes, I managed them — at scale.

For more than 10 years at The Irvine Company, I worked on the owner's side of Southern California real estate, most recently as General Manager of a multi-million dollar flagship property in Newport Beach. I learned how value is created, protected, and lost — lessons most agents never see.

Today I bring that perspective to buyers, sellers, and investors across Orange County and Los Angeles as a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty.

My background: Born and raised in Istanbul, I earned my bachelor's in Business Administration in Turkey and moved to Orange County in 1996. I later completed an MBA with a minor on International Business at Chapman University. Today, many of my investment clients are global buyers building portfolios in Southern California — and I'm proud to guide them..

Most of my business comes from referrals and past clients, which says more than any tagline could.
