MEET MARCUS

Hello!

My name is Marcus Ipcizade and I have been longtime resident in Irvine and I am proud to be a part of Coldwell Banker Family. I was born in Istanbul, Turkey where I lived for the better part of my youth. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Turkey I moved to Orange County and attended Chapman University where I earned my MBA degree with an emphasis in International Business. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, I worked for over 10 years at The Irvine Company, one of the most respected real estate developers in the country. As a veteran and pioneer in customer service and sales, my most recent role included managing a multi-million dollar flagship asset in Newport Beach in General Manager capacity. During my tenure with The Irvine Company I have won numerous sales and customer service awards. An essential key to my success was the long term relationships I formed with all of my clients both on professional and personal levels. The other key factor to my success was my ability to connect with many different cultures naturally.  I take an enormous amount of pride in the fact that I do everything I can to best serve those I represent. I learned the value of the work ethic and integrity when I was a kid from my Mother who instilled honesty and hard work in me. I have always been in the business of people, as I like to say, because all business starts with your relationships. Real Estate was always a passion of mine, and dedicated myself to it full time in 2015 and brought my experience, work ethic, communication, marketing knowledge, and strong negotiation skills to all of my clients.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends. Soccer, tennis, pickle-ball and travel also keep me more than busy when I’m not with my family, in the office, or with clients out in the field searching for the perfect home.

I have lived in Irvine for the better part of the last twenty-five years where we raised our daughter, Sophie and our son, Bailey. I love my family, the community that I am a part of, Orange County and of course, real estate.  To me nothing is more important than family and I sincerely want to help you and your family achieve any of your real estate goals. My goal is not only to help you sell or buy a home but to get to know you and be there long after the transaction has closed.
